Suck in the 80s

[edit]

Hi. I wanted to explain to you how I have improved the Stuck in the 80s article.

  • The article was overly promotional. Phrasing such as "and more" don't tell the reader anything factual and read like a press release.
  • The article also read in places like a personal reflection, particularly because it lacks citations.
  • The tone of the article was needlessly informal in places. e.g. "The bosses green-lit the project and they got rolling." is not encyclopaedic language.
  • There shouldn't be external links within the body of the article. External links should be minimal and confined to particular sections.
  • The list of "Popular episodes" is offering someone's opinion. Who decided these were popular, how and why?
  • Wikipedia is also not a links directory to web content.
