Don't thank me, you're not going to like my vote. He has >100 on PubMed, mainly for legitimate stuff, no Cell/Science/Nature but at least 60 in moderate impact factor journals including 5 PNAS citations. PMID: 7993914 was an exceptional work on the Rubisco ATP binding domain. He collaborated with EG Krebs of Krebs cycle fame on PMID: 221918 in a very neat cGMP PK photoaffinity paper. He was prof emeritus at UK in biochem, won a million awards before his interests unfortunately changed. The article needs a GIANT rewrite, but I think he passes the college professor test. -- Samir ∙ T C 01:13, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
