  • Hi. As you can see, another user tagged it for deletion and the style of the article led me to agree with the reason given for deletion, namely lack of notability. I just reviewed it on the deletion log and I'll restore it for you. Thanks for asking. PMDrive1061 (talk) 03:59, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Glad to do it for you. Sorry about the mix-up. PMDrive1061 (talk) 04:08, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Jyani Jat has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No sources found which are not wiki-mirrors. May well exist as a character in oral history, but does not appear to have been recorded in writing anywhere.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The article Jyani has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable article, possibly directory, several of these article are just stub unsourced, an article (list) containing all these entries would suit better. All these articles were kept under the moniker that they would be eventually expanded, which clearly they did not.
