Hello Motionpicture,

Thanks for your request to look at the deleted article history of Joseph E. Yahuda. I normally have no problem with restoring deleted articles for users to review and edit, but given that this article has been repeatedly recreated against policy (and consequently deleted, then eventually protected to prevent recreation), I am uncomfortable with restoring the deleted article history at this time.

We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
