The Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies (Azərbaycan məktəbi - in native language) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that was established in 1924 and covers education. It is published by the Ministry of Education (Azerbaijan)[1].

Journal History[edit]

Azerbaijan Journal of Eucational Studies is an theoretical and pedagogical, peer-reviewed open access academic international journal published quarterly online by the Ministry of Education (Azerbaijan). The first Volume of the Journal has been published since 1924. Manuscripts are accepted in Azerbaijan, Russian, English, Turkish. The Journal is [Open Access] free for readers, with article processing charges (APC) without paying by authors and Institutions. Indexed by the Citefactor, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, OAJI and etc. The Journal was registered bn the Ministry of Justice (Azerbaijan). Registration № 11/3165.

1924 - 1930 years the name of the Journal was New School ("Yeni məktəb")

First Issue AJES

1930 - 1943 years the name of the Journal was Help to teacher ("Muəllimə kömək")

From 1943 since present Journal is published as Azerbaijan School[2] Azerbaijan Journal of Educational Studies.
