Thanks for email. Note that if you work for, or on behalf of an organisation, you are a paid editor, even if not remunerated for that specific task.

I note that you have said that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked. That means any topic associated with that company. Company articles in general are very difficult to get right. If I unblock you to allow a username change, what will you write about?

Of the two articles you mentioned, one is tagged as unsourced, the other is better, but includes interviews with the founder and other non-independent sources, and doesn't mention, for example, numbers of employees or any financials. Try improving existing articles first, and when you write a full article, do so as a draft. I'm happy to be contacted if you want me to take a look.
