There is already a section in the article, "Civil rights issues" which does mention the criticism of his policies towards the Jews. If you feel this could be expanded upon, fine. But to conclude he's a "well-documented anti-Semite", however, requires that the "documentation" (by reliable sources) be specifically cited, pro-and-con, to maintain NPOV.
