Revision as of 23:28, 3 April 2008

Hello, welcome to my talk page!

If you want to leave a message, please do it at the bottom, as a new section, for better formatting. You can do that by simply pressing the plus sign (+) or "new section" on the top of this page. And don't forget to sign your messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~

Attention: I prefer to keep discussions unfragmented. If you leave a comment for me here, I will most likely respond to it on this same page—my talk page—as an effort to keep the entire conversation in one place. By the same token, if I leave a comment on your talk page, please respond to it there. Remember, we can use our watchlist to keep track of when responses are made. At the same time, feel free to send an alert to me on this page about a comment you have left elsewhere.

Thank you!

Thanks!

Well looks like I had an admirer, thanks for helping cleanup my User page! Wildthing61476 (talk) 20:31, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks from me, too

Thank you very much for reverting the vandalism on my user page . . . much appreciated. Alanraywiki (talk) 00:11, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please Stop

Just go away ParnellCharlesStewart (talk) 13:48, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop talking to me in template form. Not only is it rude, it displays a complete lack of social skills on your part. Hopefully this twist of irony will convince you to cop on.

Please stop removing speedy deletion templates from Ben Schumin. It is an attack page, and it is against Wikipedia policy to remove a speedy deletion tag from a page you created. --Mysdaao talk 13:52, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

-Was it really that hard to say that without templates? Thanks. PS- Thanks for the links to the articles you have made. You must have a happy and fulfilling life. ParnellCharlesStewart (talk) 13:55, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I use templates because they are a good way to concisely say what I want to say. Whether typing it myself or using a template, I would be saying the exact same thing. Templates are just a shortcut that save time. If there is a question, you, or anyone else, can ask for information from me and I will happily help. Thanks. --Mysdaao talk 13:59, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Graham Thomas

Dear Volunteer, I am Graham Thomas, and Wikipedia have recently been advised that the Discussion page associated with the Graham Thomas article is libellous. I have therefore requested that the article and the discussion page be deleted immediately. I understand, of course, your role but this is the reason why I deleted the page and wish it to remain so. Yours Graham Thomas FRSA —Preceding unsigned comment added by Thegrahamthomas (talkcontribs) 15:31, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thegrahamthomas, first I'd like to welcome you to Wikipedia. I understand your position, and libel should be taken seriously, but you are going about this the wrong way. You should not remove all the content from the article Graham Thomas and the talk page Talk:Graham Thomas. You said yourself in an edit summary that the content in the article is all true and that it is only what is on the discussion page that is untrue. Removing the content from the article is unnecessary, and that is why it was mistaken for vandalism. You should remove only the libellous statements from the discussion page. When you do so, please explain why either in the edit summary or in a new section on the discussion page.
You should know that removing the content from a page will not delete it permanently. Every edit and previous version can be viewed in the pages' history. Only a Wikipedia administrator can remove libellous material from the history. To do so, either use the e-mail link found at Wikipedia:Libel, or use one of the e-mail links at Wikipedia:Requests for oversight. I would suggest doing both.
Please let me know if there are any more questions. Thank you. --Mysdaao talk 15:53, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
