A tag has been placed on National Homebrew Club requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. You have until teatime tomorrow

[edit]

Please find some reliable sources for this. Quickly. I've scratted about in the Wikipedia rules, trying to find a reason not to delete this article. Wikipedia:CSD#Articles states that A7. No indication of importance is denied if an article that "makes any credible claim of significance or importance even if the claim is not supported by a reliable source" may be enough. I have not found anything about National Homebrew Club. Anywhere. The only reference in the article is your own website. This is not enough. So look up reliable sources. Dig about in the Irish press. Find something that within Wikipedia rules will allow this article to remain. Or I will delete it about teatime tomorrow.

By the way your username is in violation of our rules; usernames must not imply shared use (here) and yours is obviously shared as an organisation. I shall block it around, again, teatime tomorrow. So sort your article before then. Tonywalton Talk 20:58, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure correct way to reply

[edit]

Please delete the article. I am Tube on our forum. The username Tube is gone here. NHCTube (talk) 21:40, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted article

[edit]

I've now deleted the National Homebrew Club article; I gave you a couple of days to find some reliable third-party sources but none were forthcoming. As for the username, OK, I'll not block it as it seems that you're not using it as a shared username for the organisation. If you come up with some reliable sources which meet the Wikipedia rules please let me know and I'll make the deleted article available to you so you can add the sources and resurrect the article.
