July 2019[edit]

Hey, I wanted to let you know I reverted your edit to Enjoining good and forbidding wrong because it looks like you added an honorific after Muhammad's name - Wikipedia is meant to be written in a neutral tone, so honorifics are ommited unless they're part of a direct quote. See MOS:ISLAMHON for more information. Thanks! MDDevice talk 09:31, 23 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Hijri year, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Information icon Please do not add honorifics to articles, as you did in Abu Musa al-Ash'ari. There is a guideline on Islamic honorifics, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. MDDevice talk 21:34, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
