It was your mistake. In the edit summary I gave specific reasons as to why they are being removed. The original author has the option to discuss it with us though untill it is cleared how can this misinformation be allowed? NangOnamos 03:13, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pashtun Mafia page

[edit]

you said 'Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted.' Can I ask you based on what did you determind that it wasn't contructive? My edits of disinformation werent constructive or didnt "appeare" constructive yet distructive disinformation about an ethnic group is allowed and reverted back? NangOnamos 05:55, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That much blanking without discussion needs do be discussed, long term, on the talk page first, ok? Period. You simply removed the whole article! Please explain your reasoning on the talk page and come to consensus with other editors before removing quite so much content. Thanks! Gscshoyru 12:31, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Mr. Period. The original author of the article has been defaced and has not replied back. Please suggest what should be our next step in regards disinformation on that page (whote page) on wiki about my ethnic group? Since you are the pesudeo cyber scholar of the WikiPedia of facts, I need your suggestion on how to deal with it since your administrators have admitted that they are hopless in such matters and encouraged me to take matters in my own hands. NangOnamos 03:02, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Explain what's wrong with the article on the talk page. Then wait for people to comment. And I'm not a pseudo-scholar, I just am trying to keep users to policy whilst explaining what it is to them. And I'm pretty sure defaced is not the word you wanted to use (it means vandalized, basically). And if you're a part of the group, then you have a WP:COI, so you really should not edit the article if opposed. Gscshoyru 03:06, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there. I have explained in the talk page what is wrong with it however the original author continues to revert the page back to his claims without providing us any references, sources and evidence for his claim. The article basically covers the same subject matter as the wiki article about Opium production in Afghanistan however it is full of exaggerated claims and maliciously attaches an ethnicity to these criminal activities without any proof or merit. I dont wish to play edit/undo game. The author clearly doesn’t want to discuss the matter since he is clearly exposed. What can be done in this matter? Can an admin moderate participate and take action? Regards, NangOnamos 02:13, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Basically, both of you need to stop editing the article and start discussing. Because you're both close to violating the WP:3RR. If you're looking for outside input, WP:RFC is the place to go. And I'll take a closer look at this in the morning myself, and see what's really going on here. Gscshoyru 04:06, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

(rest of conversation on my page, and since there are 3 people in it now, it will stay that way) Actually, I didn't look at the actual sources yet. I just removed the sections without any citations whatsoever. That doesn't mean that the rest of the sections were supported by the references, or that that the references conformed to wiki policy. NangOnamos, he did create the article, it's in the history. But that doesn't matter at all, Khanhamzakhan, see WP:OWN. Also, both of you need to see WP:CIVIL and WP:NPA. Additionally, you've now both broken the WP:3RR rule which I warned you both about, so you will both probably end up blocked for 24 hours or so. Use the block to calm down, and I'll take a look at the article, and I'll see what's supported and what isn't, ok? Gscshoyru 12:19, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is Not True

[edit]

I have been constantly responding back to all the questions of this user but he/she keeps on blanking and deleting the page. The whole article is referenced. The user asks me for further references. The ethnicity he is talking about . I am from that ethnicity to. I have refernced all the information. The user then questioned the authencity of the publishers articles. The references are all from known newspapers in South Asia. I have asked him to provide references to the alternations that this user proposes. Till now not a single reference has been produced. Can you please refrain him from deleting parts of the article until we get to a consensus on the discussion page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.190.229.46 (talk) 07:36, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is obvious from the talk page as to who has been constantly consistent. We are not questioning the authors of those referenced articles but questioning your claims based on those articles. So far what we have removed are what is this persons aka hamza khan personal opinions and not what is backed in the references or sources he has provided. This user has been previously questioned before (see his talk page) and in fact has been linking his malicious work to other pages associated with the Pashtun ethnic group without any “concessions” with the authors of those articles. Therefore requesting a 3rd party unbiased observation of the matter. NangOnamos 07:52, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

khanhamzakhan is a liar!

[edit]

[quote]I have created the Pukhtun Tribes whole page . The outlook is mine. I added about two hundred tribes . I still have a real name what is your name. If you read the top part of this page it says no personal attacks. The fact that i mentioned my name was not to ask you where it came from but the fact that FatehM said Khanzaman. If you would have read ; you would got it. I have given him the references. And second of all I haven't seen any of your references?[/quote]

The above stated claim by khanhamzakhan on the Pashtun Mafia page can be proven a lie by just looking at the history page on the main article of the Pashtun tribes that he did not contribute anything to those pages. Instead he tried to create a page "Pukhtun tribes" recently which was redirected to the main article Pashtun tribe. Since this proves that this person is a liar, this nullifies any of his claims thus the page on Pashtun Mafia created by this author should either be deleted or redirected to Opium production in Afghanistan. Hate speech should not be allowed on wikipedia! NangOnamos 08:18, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well thank you ; for bringing this point out Just go through the History of the Pashtun Tribes Page. The Reason for making the Pukhtun tribe page was because that the Pashtun tribe page already had a few tribes added on to it. And I was organizing all the tribes on Pukhun Tribes page. Because there were hundred of tribes to be added which I couldn't do in 5 min Here is it how the Pashtun tribe page used to look on 3 August 2007 http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pashtun_tribes&oldid=148961646 ANd this is how the Pukhtun tribes page looked on 3 Aug 2007 http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pukhtun_Tribes&oldid=150134712 The content was transferred for the more convential named to be used.

NangOnomos I am not a liar . Why do you keep on refraining to personal attacks. There is noting personal here. Did i ever say i made the Pashtun tribes page I said I made the Pukhtun Tribes page. So that I can work on that page to add in enough information so that I can transfer it over to the Pashtun Tribes. Please research before you accuse somebody ; We can work here professionally --Khanhamzakhan 08:31, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Request reason:

I fail to see why I am being banned yet an author who is publishing false information and using wiki to settle ethnic scores allowed to continue. I had no choice but to use the revert option since the author fails to validate any of his claims and using odd sources trying to promote his original research/opinion as facts. The author has been uncompromising and at times abusive i.e. bring in my family, asking admins to get me banned without discussion, making illogical claims to provide him with counter sources since his original sources doesn’t support the subject matter. I had written wiki and was requested to join since wiki administrators can’t delete or make changes on its own, it encouraged me to take action. So far I have and have requested senior members to join in, but till now no action and the user has been allowed to make his allegations i.e. making false claims about living persons, alleging certain criminal elements a cultural trait of an ethnicity, even politicizing and criminalizing historic places. I’ll wait for your suggestion as to how to continue with this because it is useless and time wasting since the author doesn’t seem to accept constructive criticism on anything. NangOnamos 03:44, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

Decline reason:

This is a content dispute. You need to either work out your issues on the article's talk page, take advantage of Wikipedia's dispute resolution mechanisms, or walk away. Edit warring is unacceptable.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

If you believe the page should be deleted again, see WP:AFD - How to list pages for deletion. The procedure to list an aticle for deletion for a second time is explained there. Also, if the page is a recreation of the previous version which was deleted and the content is substantially identical, you should tag it with {{db-g4}}.
