I assume you are referring to the 'Plagiarism and controversies' section of the Gopi Chand Narang. I have restored this material several times because, as discussed above, you did not provide any justification for the removal, and the material is referenced to reliable sources. If you have independent reliable sources that provide a different perspective, you are welcome to provide them once you are unblocked.
