Hello Neflores1, I am excited to be part of this International Studies class with you! I am a freshman this year at NC State but hope to graduate in 2020 with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (I currently have an Associates Degree). Although I am an engineering student I am deeply fascinated with the workings of the world and how societies and governments interact with each other. I missed the first day of class this semester due to being at State 4-H Officer training. 4-H is a youth development program that I have been a part of for 10 years and this year I have been elected as the 2017/2018 State Secretary/Treasurer which is a wonderful opportunity! I have played violin since the age of 4 and I hope to continue playing through college even if I do not go into music as a profession. I am so excited to be at NC State, because it has been my dream school for many years. Thank you for reading! See you in class! :) Jaybickchick (talk) 16:34, 22 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
