[edit]Hi. I've reverted your change to the Emma Thompson article for the following reasons.
- See This essay for usual practice in regards to the thorny issue of UK nationality. Generally you need a good reason for changing a nationality.
- Has Thompson made a particular point of regarding herself as English?
- Does her statements on her feeling of Scottishness, Scottish mother, and residency in Scotland not suggest that she doesn't regard herself as only English?
- Are you suggesting that stating she is British is not a fact?
