69.145.123.171 is correct that there is a MAC address which is usually permanent per network card. However, User:ER MD/User:New IP address is correct that this number is never seen by Wikipedia. Multiple accounts are not allowed if used as a way to pretend to be multiple people or get away with doing naughty things. I'll be back to try and contribute some more (maybe in a week or so-I'm sure 69.145.123.171 will be hunting for me with every second of his free time). I contributed mostly to sodium thiopental, etomidate, euthanasia, lethal injection, general anesthesia various other drugs such as valium, flexeril, spent some time battling pov in american conservatism, conservatism, fiscal conservatism, social conservatism etc... The politial issues are the ones that get testy (its tough to try to represent issues accurately when there are so many POV pushers out there trying to prove a point--the only point I think that I proved was in lethal injection since I have extensive knowledge of these drugs and pharmacology training--and its a very interesting political/medical/ethical topic)... did a complete rewrite on [shock and awe] as well (actually read some of the manuscript--fairly interesting topic).
