A tag has been placed on SALT (album) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page SALT (album) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Pharaoh of the Wizards (talk) 19:46, 30 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to SALT (album). Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Stroppolo (talk) 19:51, 30 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Nifl gate. I nominated SALT because I can't even work out who this album is by. Put some more info in the article, like who the artist is, what year it was released, what record label, that kind of stuff, and it probably won't be deleted. Don't just keep removing the template or you might end up blocked by one of the admins. --Elen of the Roads (talk) 20:03, 30 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
