- Problem is, he first created User:Bulgarian Memory Foundation, with its problematic name; then he created User:SimeonVeliki, and then this account. Either of the two newer account names are just fine; user just needs to pick one. --jpgordonđ˘đ đđ 00:08, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
- I've deactivated the unblock request as the account is not and has not been blocked. As long as the user does not violate WP:SOCK I see no reason to preemptively block an inactive account, and we will not be unblocking the Bulgarian Memory Foundation account.
