Changing of Images[edit]

Hello, why did you upload an irrelevant picture of a monkey to replace the appropriate picture I used on Young NTUC's page? --Beth Wiki —Preceding undated comment added 01:34, 23 May 2011 (UTC).[reply]

Archiving[edit]

Regarding user talk pages, it is best to not delete notices, but instead, to archive them. You can find how to do this at Wikipedia:How to archive a talk page. Actively erasing non-harassing personal messages is often interpreted as hostile. In the past, this kind of behavior has been viewed as uncivil. For this reason, if your deletion of notices and concerns on your user talk page is to keep the "clutter" down, I suggest that you instead create archives for these messages. --Ad@m.J.W.C. 04:24, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Also stop adding images to the article Sawantvadi, there are to many and some are of poor quality. --Ad@m.J.W.C. 04:55, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proper captions[edit]

Hi, could you please provide proper caption for each of the images that are in the article Sawantvadi. Instead of having names like, Shilpagram -1, Shilpagram -2, Shilpagram -3, Shilpagram -4, Shilpagram -5, could you please provide a proper description for each image. Thanks--Ad@m.J.W.C. 05:00, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Aherm[edit]

Please stop adding al those images to the article Sawantvadi. There are already to many images in that article, why keep adding them. Thanks--Ad@m.J.W.C. 06:56, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Childrens Playground[edit]

A childrens playground is called a chilrens playground, not a childrens place. In Engish that dose not make sense. Also you may want to explane what a Shilpagram is for those who do not know.--Ad@m.J.W.C. 07:06, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Shilpgram 10.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Shilpgram 10.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 16:13, 25 September 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 16:13, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File:Terekhol 05.JPG missing description details[edit]

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as File:Terekhol 05.JPG is missing a description and/or other details on its image description page. If possible, please add this information. This will help other editors to make better use of the image, and it will be more informative for readers.

If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.

If you have any questions please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Acather96 (talk) 18:59, 5 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
