Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to LOHAS. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

That stern warning aside, it doesn't look like you've done that any other time, so just watch that in future, and you'll be fine. It's usually better to use multiple sources, and rework their information in your own words. If you put together the information from multiple sources in a logical order, it also avoids that ugly "slightly copy-edited plagarism" effect that ... well, it'd still get you in trouble at University, anyway, and it's best avoided.
