Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your effort to improve the Michael J. Weithorn article.

Your change were largely good, but I should point out that we do discourage people from editing articles that are about themselves. If you know people (and I suspect you do!), it should come as little surprise that many such edits come across as turning the page into something less encyclopedic and more promotional, with people hyping themselves as they would on a LinkedIn or Facebook page, deleting unfavorable truths, and so on. Even at best, they often put in claims that we cannot reasonably verify (and sometimes it comes down to this sort of discussion: "But how do we know Michael J. Weithorn did that?" "I know because I am Michael J. Weithorn!" "How do we know you're Michael J. Weithorn?" "If I were going to pretend to be somebody, would it be Michael J. Weithorn?" "Absolutely! I work in a bar, and I see all kinds of skeezy guys hitting on chicks by claiming to be Michael J. Weithorn!" "I am actually Michael J. Weithorn and that doesn't impress the chicks as much as you seem to believe." "Maybe actually being Michael J. Weithorn doesn't, but these skeezy pseudoMichael J. Weithorns end up with more bar-grade dames than you can shake a stick at!" And so on.)

What we generally recommend to people who have corrections or additions to articles about themselves is that they post such information on the article's talk page (yours would be Talk:Michael J. Weithorn) so that other editors can review them and integrate them into the article as appropriate. You can see more on this suggestion at WP:AUTO#IFEXIST. Having said that, your article is a bit of a mess at the moment, and I'll probably take a pass at doing some basic clean-up (formatting, mostly).
