Dear Mr. Stradivarius,
I am writing you to see if you would allow me to attempt to recreate a page that I was attempting to create about Geir Ness. It was deleted due to G11:Unambiguous advertising or promotion -https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Ojwiki/sandbox&action=edit&redlink=1. If you permit me to re-create it, I'll remove a lot of the material that could be considered promotional and attempt to follow the guidelines as closely as possible. I have not intentions at all to promote Geir Ness. My intent to just put accurate biographical information on Wikipedia about him. Thank you for reviewing my content.

- Hi Ojwiki. Sure, I would be willing to restore the page. First, though, I want to make sure you know what the main rules are about creating biographies on Wikipedia - if you know the rules, it will save everyone a lot of time. The first, as you already gathered, is that pages should not be promotional. The second is that pages must satisfy Wikipedia's "notability guidelines" (read: guidelines for inclusion). Check out the simple guide and the more detailed notability guidelines for biographies for what you need to know. This is a big one, as if a topic doesn't satisfy the notability guidelines, it will be deleted no matter how much effort you put into the article. The third one is that all the claims in the article should be cited to a reliable source. That's how we can allow anonymous people to write things - people can just check the sources to see if the claims are true or not. If you let me know you've read and understood those links, I'll restore the page for you. You can reply here, as I'll be watching the page.
