You don't have to use your name, just something individualistic. I assume you don't want "new" in your username so I changed it leaving out the "new". Since this is only a username block, I will remove it. If you want to change your username to something other than your name, you may make a request at Special:GlobalRenameRequest or WP:CHUS.
