Matthew M Hathaway Morris is an American politician running to unseat the incumbent Lisa Blunt Rochester who sits as the current U.S. Representative for Delaware's at-large congressional district . He is a member of the Republican Party. Matthew shares his first hand experience with addiction and incarceration in his platform to help end the opioid epidemic and reduce recidivism rates throughout the nation. He believes America is the land of opportunity that grants everyone a second chance. He stands to end the stigmas attached to addicts and convicted felons by setting an example for all. “You can be anything you want to be, you do not have to be the stigma that is attached to your labels”.
