Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. The blocked IP (v6) CIDR address range is apparently 2001:470:8000:0:0:0:0:0/33. This is a very broad swathe of the IPv6 internet, administered by Hurricane Electric and used at least for a very large number of IPv6 tunnels via their Seattle gateway. To call this block overbroad would be an understatement.

Decline reason:

Hurricane Electric can be used to conceal IP addresses, sorry. As a longtime user you may request an IP block exemption by following the instructions at WP:IPECPROXY. 331dot (talk) 17:10, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
