Speedy deletion nomination of CoreConcept Systems Pte Ltd

Please do not add Wikipedia articles to inappropriate categories, as you did with Interest-only loan and Mortgage broker. The articles are about the concepts as a whole, not about loans or mortgages in Singapore (or any other country) specifically. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Amortization schedule. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Bidadari Cemetery.
