Welcome[edit]

Hello, Paris London, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

There is a page about the verifiability policy that explains the policy in greater detail, and another that offers tips on the proper ways of citing sources. If you are stuck and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  fr33kman (talk) 06:04, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Articles[edit]

Please read Wikipedia:Starting an article and see how to properly format articles with links, sources and headings. At the moment, it is frustrating to read your articles as they leave all of the elements of Wikipedia entries unfinished. Harro5 06:51, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi[edit]

Saw your articles on Princess Nisreen etc. They were deleted earlier because of a lack of sources, and because the basic claim, that Faisal had a second son is not supported by sources available to other wikipedians, and the very existence of this family other than Nisreen, who definitely was a Harvard oncologist, seemed hard to establish. I did some research, with meager results, but found that a prominent American politician, and a prominent Arab American scientist seemed to accept (or not reject) Nisreen's claim, however. But since the claim is rather extraordinary, they will doubtless be deleted again in a few days as an apparent hoax unless some solid sources - books, newspapers, websites of well-known organizations or people, are provided. Any language will do. Cheers,John Z (talk) 07:54, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Adnan bin Mohammed bin Faisal I[edit]

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Adnan bin Mohammed bin Faisal I, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? User:Ceyockey (talk to me) 18:35, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

November 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Faisal I of Iraq has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. December 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Ghazi of Iraq, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.
