- No it is not the same. For one thing, your article is written like an advertisement, which we try to avoid. Secondly, notability is not established. The Modec article states its notability by mentioning how many vehicles have been produced and where the vehicle is manufactured. Plus it mentions how global it is. The Benevelli transaxles article does not state that. It doesn't say why it's important or notable. As for the advert stuff, the article is full of words such as "winning" and "glorious future". Wikipedia articles should not promote products. That's not it's purpose. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 11:40, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
- Woohookitty pretty much covered it. About leaving messages, please then on a persons user talk page (if you are on user page click the tab at the top that reads 'discussion'). - Icewedge (talk) 23:27, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Benevelli Transaxles
[edit]A tag has been placed on Benevelli Transaxles requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.
