Notability of QT-Possie

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on QT-Possie, by Oli Filth (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Basically, you upload a copyright-free picture to Wikipedia (or find one on the Commons), then add a link to the image (within the article). Here are some information pages that provide more details:

Since i'm a member of wikipedia can i edit every page that i look up?

You don't have to be a registered editor in order to edit Wikipedia articles - anyone can edit articles. As a registered editor, however, you can edit semi-protected pages that anonymous IP editors (non-registered) cannot. There are, however, a small number of pages (at any given time) that are fully protected against editing by even registered editors; typically these involve an ongoing edit war or a legal problem.
