Buddhism in the Philippines

[edit]

Hi there- I reverted your last edit to Buddhism in the Philippines as it lacked a citation regarding the prevalence of Buddhism in the Philippines. We've been having some difficulty with this (and other) articles regarding Buddhism lately, as people (mostly anonymously) are coming through and changing the numbers slightly to increase the percentage of Buddhists in various countries. The current cited percentage for the Philippines is .1%, based on the last census. I've poked around a fair amount on the Philippine census beareu's web site, and been unable to find any indication that that number has risen substantially. If you have a citable source somewhere that provides updated information, I'd appreciate if you could pass it along. For the time being though, it's best to limit changes to the demographic information to what we have actual references for. Thanks! --Clay Collier 01:00, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
