Photo upload

[edit]

Following discussion with Drsjpdc, I have enabled image uploading for your account. Please make sure you understand the Image use policy. The most common source of confusion is that, except in cases of fair use, the image in question will be available to be copied freely (well, almost - CC-BY-SA is an exceptionally permissive license) around the internet, and may be used by other entities without the upstanding reputation for fairness and accuracy of Wikipedia. With that caveat, here is Wikipedia:Uploading images. Thank you for your contributions, and good luck. If you would like help with anything or have any further questions, please feel free to ask at my talkpage, or add {{helpme}} to this page to attract the notice of a roving helpful user. - 2/0 (cont.) 20:58, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for doing that. Appreciated. Will try to make reasonable edits and take the opportunity to ask you for help, real soon. ppgdc 21:34, 26 December 2009 (UTC)

Hello, Platinumphotographer. You have new messages at 2over0's talk page.

Are you User:Drsjpdc or what is your relationship with him?

[edit]

I've also asked user undefined something about the matter and will proceed with SPIs and COIs if I deem them necessary.[1]

I would like to know why User:Drsjpdc created your user page[2] without your asking him to or without any on-wiki commentary about it.

If you are using two accounts as sock puppets in order to post an article about yourself without raising COI concerns you are in violation of wikipedia's policies on sock puppetry:

The general rule is one editor, one account. Do not use multiple accounts to mislead, deceive, or disrupt; to create the illusion of greater support for a position; to stir up controversy; or to circumvent a block. Do not ask your friends to create accounts to support you.

It is no secret that Dr. Press and I have known one another for some 25 years. As I was a part of founding the World Federation of Chiropractic, he basically single-handedly founded the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic. We were at the same meetings in London that year. I have been a guest in his Moscow apartment, and he in my home here in Arizona. Why would it be a problem for us to speak by phone, and for me to ask him to help me create a userpage, and teach me how to do some of these things? I had long wanted to get involved in this, and he was already doing this. Why is that suspicious? I honestly find the accusations insulting. Dr. Press and I are NOT the same person, nor am I his "puppet". I just thought I was doing something worthwhile bringing his page to live space. Can I assume this is resolved?

Also, I dd NOT ask him to create my page at all. That totally came from him.

Yeah, right. Well, Dr. Press is having fun poking and provoking me, so I think it's time to question the sock-puppetry officially. Does Dr. Press want to post in more nasty comments on my talk page? --IP69.226.103.13 (talk) 01:29, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea what you are talking about. I can't imagine that he was being deliberately "provoking". If you were offended by something he wrote, I suggest you take that up with him. ppgdc (talk) 01:32, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AN/I post

[edit]

I posted at AN/I about this. Too many issues, BLP, sock puppetry, COI, badly written fluff piece.[3] --IP69.226.103.13 (talk) 02:21, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Drsjpdc for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 19:57, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
