Those titles are uniform (for an example International Court of Justice advisory opinion on the Legality of the Threat or Use of Nuclear Weapons) so please do not give this article a different name.--Avala (talk) 12:53, 25 April 2009 (UTC)
Not really. I know you're not a native English user, but the grammar is poor and the title does not match other well-titled articles from the list of ICJ cases. Do as you please, though. Thanks. PolScribe (talk) 16:28, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
