I need to change my username for some unknown reason, so my account is blocked, and therefore cannot put in a username request- and the administrator who blocked my username is on a wiki hiatus. I just want to create an article for a musician! I have never been able to create/edit any pages and have done nothing, but am stuck in some vicious loop where I cannot do what I cannot do what I cannot do.
