Canvassing users[edit]

Why are you concerned with whether they are unblocked? Also, if you read the documentation you know that only that user can request an unblock, and since their talk page access is revoked they must go through WP:UTRS. Primefac (talk) 17:18, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
