Please delete file[edit]

I have uploaded the image accidentally, and afterwards could not remove it because I am not an administrator. I intended to add it only as an image for an article that I was writing, not as a separate file.

I would like to ask if an administrator could delete the file, please. I sent an email earlier to info-en-q@wikimedia.org asking for the removal.

Thank you very much for your time.

A tag has been placed on Great Western Woodlands requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Connecting to other articles[edit]

There are numerous articles on Australia that cover geography, ecology, and botanical subjects. You need to find these and link them to this article so that this article becomes part of the web of information about Australia. Ask that the TeaHouse if you need help doing this. WP:NOT and WP:ABOUT[edit]

Please understand this is an online encyclopedia, understand WP:NOT and WP:ABOUT - and the GWW article is beginning to look like WP:SOAPBOX and your edits look like that of a WP:SPA....

The lead para and sentence make it very hard to visualise where and what you are writing about - nothing in wa has what you are claiming - the GWW from publicly available material from some years ago place them in the goldfields - and no-where near the southwest...

The Wilderness society is not the only public voice over the area, the current mayor of Kalgoorlie is a good example; for WP:NPOV you need to have his public words somewhwere in the article, otherwise you are WP:UNDUE and not balanced

You need to look at the articles about the goldfields, about Kalgoorlie and other populated settlements that fall within the scope

also understand the there are numerous parts of the WA project that need to be considered - you need to go into the categories that the goldfields, and mining categories and articles - and see what exists already - to exist in isolation leaves your article in a close to WP:ORPHAN area

As you are a new user who has just changed user name - please dop not hestitate to check with me about any of the templates that I have thrown your way - there is a very wise policy and principle that we do not bite new editors - but there are some issues that the usual suspects on the article creation might have no idea about in relation to articles about regional biota issues in western australia...

btw - well worth also checking IBRA and the component parts JarrahTree 07:20, 9 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
