Please note, i realise that the edit wasn't a test, but if you look at my edit summary, you'll see that it was not fully useful and was, i believe, incorrect at points. I shall take a look and perhaps reinstate some of your edit. Meantime, please believe me when i say that you are truly welcome, and i hope you'll stick around. Happy days, ~ LindsayHello 13:28, 17 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. I will attempt to make better edits. I am trying to see what was incorrect in what I did. Raccoonspirit (talk) 09:56, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No worries. One of the things i think was not helpful was that you put a comma after a year at least once where it was not needed. You also decapitalised "Theosophical" which needs a capital letter. A couple of the other changes are perhaps more matters of style than necessity, but it is common usage and good form in English to use the present tense when referring to what is found in books (...Mary Lutyens determines it to be 11 May 1895, but Christine Williams notes the unreliability...), so i changed that back. Rather to my shame, i have just noticed a required comma you put in which i took out, so i'm going to go back and re-insert that. Anyway, if you approach editing with the good attitude you show and attempt to do the best you can, you'll find lots of people here are happy to help. Let me know if i can help in any way! Ah, I get it. Yes, I understand and agree. Thank you so very much for taking the time to reply to me. Warmest, Raccoonspirit (talk) 10:59, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
