Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. - While I do agree with the above, I also think the USAID is lacking, and weighted heavily in their favor. Are you aware of any ways we can balance the article?

- Before adding further information to the pages, you should read WP:RS, the policy on what types of webpages can be included as a source on wiki pages. Blogs are not considered reliable sources, and should almost never be included on a page. However, if you can find an independent, reliable source that documents the same or similar act, you should integrate it into the appropriate section of the page(s) and cite the source. Please also note that part of the policy on sources is that extraordinary claims require extraordinary documentation - if you are putting up something controversial or generally seen as unlikely/disbelievable/whatever, your source should be a good one.
