I've not reverted your edits to this article as they appear to have been made in good faith. However, I'm wondering what sources you have to support your genre changes. Here (a source whose title you've seen fit to change, btw) it plainly states in the first sentence "Ruby Jane Smith is one of the world's premiere junior fiddlers and a fast-rising star in the landscape of country, bluegrass-Americana music." I agree that her art is very difficult to pigeon-hole and am not taking issue with your genre changes per se, but there sould be some sources put forward to support the changes. I'll be crossposting this on the article's talk page and it might be best if you replied there. I'll watchlist this page as well, so feel free to respond wherever you wish.
