I have been blocked for abusing multiple accounts, but this is the only account I have created in at least the past 4 years. I don't know the accounts I am supposedly impersonating. My IP address does keep getting blocked because I seem to share it with others/it's flagged as a web provider, I don't know if that factors into it? Thank you for the explanation, after looking at their talk page I do realise why you think that's me and it is really weirdly coincidental. I am northern English and really interested in railways, and I do have a similar account name to one of their sockpuppets - I named my account Redrose813 because my name is Rose. Vanjagenije, we have three accounts using the name "Redrose" followed by numerals. All three accounts are interested in railways in the UK. One is a productive, long term editor. The second is a confirmed sockpuppet. The third is this new account. It may be a coincidence, I suppose, like the the spectator who got injured by a screaming foul ball at a baseball game, and then got hit a second time by a screaming foul ball while being carried out of the stadium on a stretcher. Sorry to British and Serbian readers for using an American example. Anyway. If you want to unblock, I will not object, but I think it would be wise to require this editor to change their username to something "non-Redrose", whether or not the impersonation was deliberate.
