Thanks for the reply. If you're his manager then you have what we call a conflict of interest. I will post details on this talk page about that so you can follow the guidance.

What I would say is that the article is much more detailed as it was then before your additions.

Your edits removed links to other Wikipedia articles and references. Any changes that are made need referencing with a third party reliable source. Although the website can be included in the article, it's no use as a reference. Wikipedia relies on what other sources say about the subject, not what they say about themselves. Sure, as long as the there are no copyright restrictions.

One other thing, nearly everyone at Wikipedia is a volunteer so if you post the changes you want to make on the talk page of the article, it might be a little while before someone replies.
