Your Accusation of Deceptive Editing
You accused me here of deceptive editing here, writing: "Undid revision 1071288122 by Alcibiades979 (talk) Partially rv deceptive edit summary with a WP:POV slant, no where in the BBC source did her agent mention her mother" The source I cited in the article was the Economist, which was under Ref Name LBE. The article states: "Gu and her mother declined requests for an interview for this story. Through Gu’s American agent, Tom Yaps, Gu Yan said the family would not take part unless they could review the entire article before publication – to guarantee that no criticism of China appeared in the text. “I understand how unconventional a request that is,” Yaps said, but political sensitivities were making them “very cautious”. Gu Yan, he told me, feared that “if [Eileen] participates in an article that has two paragraphs critical of China and human rights, that would put her in jeopardy over there. One thing and a career is ruined.”" Gu Yan is her mother's name. In the future I would appreciate it if you would review sources before accusing me of being deceptive. If you have an issue with paywall such as the Economist's, then please message me and I would be happy to supply the section in question.Alcibiades979 (talk) 21:13, 15 February 2022 (UTC)
Please assume good faith
Please remember to assume good faith when dealing with other editors, which you did not do on Wikipedia:Administrator_intervention_against_vandalism. Specifically, you assumed I was trying to impersonate the admins ("Rv bizarre admin impersonation
") rather than taking Blaze Wolf's approach by assuming good faith and giving me helpful advice. 2601:647:5800:1A1F:201B:7DEE:AD79:6C00 (talk) 02:34, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
