Hi! You keep adding information that Iran is a member of the SCO. It is not. The SCO has announced that Iran has started the procedures to become a full member. This process is going to take some time. It took two years for India and Pakistan from announcing they're going to become full members (in 2015) to actually becoming full members (in 2017).
