Request reason:

The reason stated for my IP address being blocked is that it appears to be a web host service provider (is that a proxy)? I do use a proxy at times, and a majority of the time I will disconnect from it in order to contribute an edit. Only a small fraction of the times will it say it is not blocked and let me edit without disconnecting. I guess because of this it has made it appear as though my own IP address for my home (not using a proxy) is in fact a proxy. Is it possible for someone to fix this?
