The article Belgian immigrants in Wisconsin during the Civil War has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. WuhWuzDat 23:46, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Status and Advice[edit]

You removed the prod tag, as you have the right to, but this is not even remotely an encyclopedia article. It is possible that there might be an encyclopedic article on the subject, though I think it would be much better integrated into an article on Wisconsin in the Civil War. If you do want to keep it, it would help to expand it with aditional sources. I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process. . If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again.
