I do not find conjectures/statements suggesting that a group of people “probably” thinks a certain way about something to be neutral in nature.

Regardless, I accept Wikipedia’s standards for its own website on what constitutes a neutral/unbiased statement of fact/truth, as it is only Wikipedia that will ultimately be responsible for the content it allows/promotes and how that content affects the world. 2600:6C48:453F:A933:8C35:67BB:40CD:7729 (talk) 19:12, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The word “probably” in the sentence I removed, indicates that it’s not a statement of fact but conjecture. Conjecture is neither fact nor truth, it’s speculation, which gives the impression of being fact or holding weight, without evidence, and is, therefore, misleading in nature. For such a statement to hold actual weight, it should be stated that many also do not take such stories to be mere myth or legend, though perhaps recounted in a manner that is myth-like.

A statement that suggests a group “probably” regards the Slaughter of Innocence as myth/legend is, in fact, unnecessary for adequately conveying what the Slaughter of Innocence is and the facts related to it. 2600:6C48:453F:A933:8C35:67BB:40CD:7729 (talk) 19:02, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
