You (the person) are currently blocked from Wikipedia as the user of the account User:American Patriot Party. Whilst this new username is acceptable, your other account is still blocked, and thus you (again, the person, not the account) may not edit Wikipedia. Creating a new account to edit whilst a block is in force is regarded as block evasion. You may appeal the block either here or at User talk:American Patriot Party (here is probably more sensible, now that you have created the account) but you may not edit until the block on your original account is resolved.
