Hi, good day!

I am looking for some guidance and help regarding this page. I did realise it did not meet the Biography guidelines of Wikipedia and has some other flaws as well.

The person whose biography page this is, has no or very little online mention/presence. I am having a really tough time finding reliable and independent sources to cite. I do have access to some old paper documents, speeches etc (in physical format), but they also are not in any digital format on the internet.

This page aims to create an online presence for the person as he had some really notable contributions to the Indian independence movement and working class society and people should know about him.

Any guidance or help or further steps to take are welcome so that this wikipedia page can be live.
