New headings and other feedback

Hi @Risker, thanks for putting this together. Going with your question and answer format, a "Who are you folks?" question first can be a nice intro to everything. I always assume nobody knows what I'm talking about. This would also lighten up the other two paragraphs. For example, 15 members across 12 timezones and details like that can go under "who are you folks"? Similarly, when you switch to the what each chapter contains and all the steps before something is shared, a new heading there would be helpful, maybe "How do you organize all of this?" or "How do you folks keep track of everything?"
