From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi, Rob. I see you recreated the article Customer experience management, which I had speedy deleted with an explanation on the talkpage. I have deleted it again, I'm afraid. Even though this version is different in being shorter, it's still a copyright violation, since the headings which form most of the text (!) are still taken word for word from Schmitt's book. Also it asserts no significance or notability of the subject—in other words no reason why an encyclopedia would have an article about it. Please don't recreate it again in similar form. I'm leaving the title unprotected, as a courtesy, in case you want to try to create a stub that conforms to Wikipedia rules and practices; but I would strongly advise you to work on it in your userspace or a text editor to get it into shape before posting it again. It doesn't have to be perfect, but please say what's significant about the subject, in a way a non-specialist reader can understand; please don't plagiarize Schmitt's phrasing; and please don't divide such a short article into sections at all. If your next version shows an effort to comply with these principles, it'll probably be left, and editors will pitch in and help improve it further. But if it doesn't, I'm afraid it's likely an admin will not merely delete it but protect against recreation as well. Good luck. Bishonen | talk 19:32, 22 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]
