Hello, I was trying to replace a photo of the lifespan of my father George Brown and it's not accepting it. How come? I can't see where to go to replace it and delete the old one. It was titled wiki and described as his career lifespan.

Thank you

James Brown

Hello,

How can I contact the author of a Wikipedia page?

Thank you,

James Brown

Thanks for uploading these old photos. Why are you deleting the image (and some necessary coding) from the John Brown article? Jmorrison230582 (talk) 23:29, 17 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Actually, I am trying to delete the photos so I can re-upload it to go on the left-hand side and be wrapped around the text, because for the moment, it shows up on the right side and I don't like that. How can I move and edit a photo to another spot on the page? Robyburns (talk) 23:46, 17 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think the usual format where we have only one photo is to use it in the infobox (as in the standard biography layout given here), as explained at MOS:IMAGES. Basically the idea is that it is a bit confusing to have a picture on one side and the information box on the other. You could ask at the football wikiproject talk page. Can you help me add the photo where it shows the man only holding the ball from the waist up? The other photo where it shows his whole body makes the page stretch too long at the bottom. Robyburns (talk) 07:46, 18 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I think that's it correct now. Jmorrison230582 (talk) 09:35, 18 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I have just looked at the page of my grandfather: James Brown https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Brown_%28footballer,_born_1908%29

AND

Tom Brown https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Brown_(footballer,_born_1919)

EVERYTHING has dropped to the bottom, leaving a big empty space. That's why I wanted to have the photo on the left side with the text wrapped around it. Is it possible to either eliminate the big white space or just move the photo to the left wrapping text format. Can you please help fix this? I have no idea why this has happened. Thank you. Hello,

I wanted to know if you could fix this % error in the link to this page on my grandfather?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Brown_%28footballer,_born_1908%29

Thank you, it would make it look cleaner.

Appreciated.
