Stephen's Tower (Baia Mare)
Why are you deleting my edit? I really do not understand... RaulPop (talk) 18:15, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- @RaulPop: You replaced the Metz-ville station with the clock tower you wanted to add. You should add your addition below the Metz-ville station not replace it. You also need to learn how to reference properly so that there isn't an external link in the ref. Please see WP:CITE. If you want help please ask. Robynthehode (talk) 18:22, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- Please help me add this tower to the list ... because I don't know how to edit Wikipedia. RaulPop (talk) 18:36, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- I don't know how to add the image of the tower and others to the list. Can you help me please? RaulPop (talk) 18:38, 28 February 2021 (UTC)k
- @RaulPop: I have corrected the formatting, added the colour code, re added the reference you gave without the error, and changed the date according to the linked article. Always happy to help. Robynthehode (talk) 18:44, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

Sorry, but the correct year is 1446, not 1899. “The bell tower was added in 1446 on the church's southwest side.” RaulPop (talk) 19:05, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- @RaulPop: If you check the linked Wiki article the tower, as it is today, was built in 1898-1899 - 1899 as the finish date. The 1446 date is for the earlier church and tower in a different architectural style. That is the basis for my change if you have another reliable source that contradicts this please let me know. Robynthehode (talk) 19:09, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
Thanks!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me ... you are a wonderful man! RaulPop (talk) 18:52, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

Changing the units used
I saw your comment on use of metres vs feet in that discussion, and it turns out that MOS:NUM actually requires that locally predominent units get used first. I'm not sure if that always makes sense, but I guess to change that it would have to be discussed at WT:MOS.
Fun fact, TIL there's actually an FAQ for the list nestled at the top of that talk page that not only explains why feet are used first, but actually has a section telling people only to add buildings that are actually likely to be built to the proposed section. So someone should probably spread the word around to people who patrol that page that anytime a driveby editor tries to add an inappropriate entry to the proposed section you should revert them with an edit summary like rv see the FAQ
, I can certainly remember seeing that done for other articles to prevent changes that go against consensus. 119.59.121.171 (talk) 00:11, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
Almost forgot, today's probably my last day around for awhile, I've been gnoming because I had some time to kill, but soon I'll be up to my eyeballs in real life stuff to do. Worse the security app I use when tethering on the road puts me on a completely different set of IPs every time I turn it off for more than a day, and as you've seen even if I leave it on things still change slightly day-to-day. I guess since I probably won't be back around for a few months at least it doesn't matter. And don't tell me to create an account, I did that once a long long time ago and it's dangerously addictive. Thought you should know so you don't try to send message to the internet aether.
Anyway, I wish you luck at WT:MOS historically it wasn't the most pleasant place, but maybe things have improved, even if they haven't just be sure not to take any of it personally, be well 119.59.121.171 (talk) 00:16, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
Bold emphasis
Hi Robynthehode, I noticed you bolded several terms in Acrobatics. It's probably better to use italics for these as explained in MOS:NOBOLD. Best regards, Lambtron talk 16:48, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Lambtron:. Thanks Robynthehode (talk) 17:05, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
Watch this guy
Hey Robynthehode, I see you've done some anti-vandalism-work in the past, and I noticed a guy who's made a couple odd edits. Perhaps you could look into this guy and keep an eye on any future vandalism he might do. BaLiSTiKBiLL So far, it looks like no one else has noticed besides a bot. Thank you and Happy Editing! I'm sorry for losing my cool. I revised the influences list, removing YouTube as source and filled out the citations for each. Thanks for being levelheaded and offering to help. 2601:346:C281:79F0:B84C:3A1F:9C7:907F (talk) 12:56, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
- @2601:346:C281:79F0:B84C:3A1F:9C7:907F: Thanks for your message. No problem. You clearly have worked hard on this and Wikipedia dispute procedures can seem long winded sometimes. But they are there for a reason. Just a further clarification - it is sometimes good if you have worked on something and shown what you propose for the article page on the talk page to wait for responses from interested editors before finally publishing the suggested content on the main page. This can save further reverts. As the other editor said Wikipedia is also about WP:CONSENSUS. Hope you aren't put off by this experience. Thanks Robynthehode (talk) 14:19, 19 March 2021 (UTC)
- I hadn't thought of that, thanks for the suggestion. I'll do that in the future. 2601:346:C281:79F0:B84C:3A1F:9C7:907F (talk) 02:48, 20 March 2021 (UTC)

Why have you reverted my edits? Honestly, I don't understand.Cats' photos (talk) 11:52, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
- Can I make my contribution accetable? Again, I don't understand what is the problem with my edits? Cats' photos (talk) 12:00, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
- I was hasty in my original revert as I misread the post. I have reinstated your edit but edited the prose to make it more clear and encyclopaedic Robynthehode (talk) 12:05, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Unicycle page
Hi Robynthehode!
How do I retrieve the archived section (for the Unicycle page) to add a citation to it? I have troubles finding it again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wiki atmos (talk • contribs) 12:48, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
- Why do you want to add a citation to an archived version of an article? There may be help under the 'Help' link in the left hand menu or go to this link WP:Q which gives options for asking for help Robynthehode (talk) 13:45, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
